Oldie for Friday

Good morning Blog friends, followers and anyone who has just popped by to see what "Oldie for Friday" is all about.    No! its not ME!! although I feel like an "oldie" I really do not like this "dark time" of year and the fact that it has rained for so long  ...  my feet are getting that "webbed" shaped" look again.
Oldie for Friday it is something started by Erika at:-
Anything you have done in the past that you might like to share with others is what is asked for.  Come on I am sure there is something you would love to share with us.
Stephanie Cotterill  thank you for your comment on my colouring.  I use Digital images that I have downloaded  to colour.  I am not a stamper, that way when I want an image I know that I can "print" it and it will be right.  No using up card to get an image that is worth colouring.  Some are Freebies others downloads and much cheaper than buying a Stamp although I do have lots of stamps.
Anyway here is my  "Oldie for Friday"

A Canvas I did for Elaine for her Birthday a couple of years ago
Cheap canvas from "The Works"
SB Fancy Lattice Die
SB Butterfly Die, some cut using Tilda Paper Scraps other cut from white card.  I then mixed and matched them

That`s it from me for today
Thank you so much for calling by, I love having you here
Till next time

I share your views on the darkness and the wet we are having at present I look on the rain in November as natures way of washing away the dust before Christmas, trouble is it forgets to stop, ugh!

  31. Such elegant butterflies hanging on this S/B trellis. Excellent way to use that die...and the colors are so pretty together. TFS the tip about downloading the images too. I should do that instead of buying more stamps to store away (and forget I have!) Hugs & hope the weather is nice in your part of the world.

  32. Such a beautiful canvas and wonderful gift! I love the pretty butterflies.

  33. So pretty! Love the trellis idea - just perfect. A real touch of elegance. Hugs, Jayne x

  34. Hi Patricia. This is so pretty. You are so creative, on that note Im not ! I cant even imagin how a room will look with a different choice of wall paper, I really wish that I had that kind of artistic/creative brain.
Would it be cheeky of me to ask which free sites you use for your beautiful/cute images ? I have to use 'our finances' for household boring things so what I make at market goes on card or Sue's dies/folder's (depending how much I sell that is) ! So if I can get some lovely images that dont cost that would be so helpful.
Thanks Patricia, I hope that the stampingall day website I found has been of some use for those different and 'out of the box' stamps some of you ladies may need.
    Hugs to all.
